About the Food

Hi there, we are Dorian and Willem.
We moved from the Nederlands to the island of Korčula in 2023.
Our first visit to the island was in 2021 in Vela Luka for a diving holiday. This was the moment we fell in love with this island, the people, the sea and the green hills.
When we got the opportunity to rent this place we went all-in and are very happy that we did.

We're not a traditional Croatian restaurant, so you'll find something a little different on our menu. We use local ingredients whenever we can, but how we cook them takes inspiration from all over the world.

Rather than focusing on classic Croatian dishes, we bring together flavours, ingredients and cooking styles from different countries. Some combinations may be familiar, others might surprise you—that's part of what we enjoy about cooking.
